If you have already entered payment details

If you opened a suspicious link and entered your payment card or banking details:

1. Contact your bank or card issuer immediately.
2. Ask them whether the card should be blocked or replaced.
3. Review recent transactions for unauthorised activity.
4. Change your password on the affected booking platform.
5. Do not reuse the same password on other services.
6. Report the suspicious message through the relevant booking platform.

Status of your reservation

Your confirmed reservation at Trubarjeva City Apartments remains valid and recorded in accordance with your booking confirmation.

You do not need to make an additional payment or reconfirm your reservation solely because you received a suspicious message.
