Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Self check-in is available via Nuki smart lock — you'll receive a code before arrival.

Is parking available near the apartment?

Yes. There are several public parking garages within a 5-minute walk, including NUK II garage (2 min walk). On-street parking is also available with hourly rates. We provide detailed parking instructions upon booking.

Is the apartment pet-friendly?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in either apartment.

How far is Ljubljana Airport from the apartment?

Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport (LJU) is approximately 25 km away, about a 25-minute drive. Airport shuttle services and taxis are readily available.

Does the terrace apartment have outdoor seating?

Yes, APT 2: The Terrace has a private furnished terrace with seating for dining and relaxation, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Is there a baby cot available?

Yes, a baby cot is available upon request at no extra charge. Please let us know in advance so we can set it up before your arrival.

How fast is the Wi-Fi?

The apartment has Wi-Fi 6 with speeds of 500 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload — ideal for remote work, streaming, and video calls.

Your Elevated Retreat Above the Old Town

Located on the first floor (above APT 1) of a beautifully renovated 1906 house, APT 2 features an open-space kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed (140x200 cm), a bedroom with a King-size bed (180x200 cm), and an en-suite bathroom. It's a bit more spacious and ideal for families or groups.

The crown jewel is the private terrace — a sun-drenched outdoor space perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Inside, the apartment is equipped with hydronic floor heating, air conditioning, a 43" LG 4K Smart TV with AirPlay and Chromecast, a Denon smart speaker, an induction cooktop, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and a washer-dryer. Automatic blinds provide privacy and can make the bedroom completely dark for sleeping.

Self check-in is via a Nuki smart lock with a personal code, so you can arrive at your own pace. High-speed Wi-Fi 6 (500/100 Mbps fiber) keeps you connected throughout your stay. The apartment also includes a HEPA air purifier, workout mat and gear, and a safe for your valuables.
