Located on the ground floor of a beautifully renovated 1906 house on Trubarjeva Street, APT 1 features a bedroom with a King-size bed (180x200 cm), a living room with a sofa bed (140x200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area, and an en-suite bathroom.
The apartment is equipped with hydronic floor heating, air conditioning, a 43" LG 4K Smart TV with AirPlay and Chromecast, a Denon smart speaker, an induction cooktop, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washer-dryer, and even a laser printer. Two-way mirror film on windows provides daytime privacy, complemented by automatic blackout blinds and curtains.
